Hearing Ms. Erica Roberts speak on here on her career really made me realize that there's a bright side to all things. You always have to start off small and work your way up. Its just like in class you may not want to do the work, but the work has a bright side to it and will prepare you for the next level. Her speech will make me work a lot harder at becoming successful.
